 We are seeking dedicated professionals who can provide exceptional customer service, handle administrative tasks efficiently, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

 Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

  • Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest requests accurately and efficiently using hotel management systems.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and requests. Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, going above and beyond to enhance the guest experience. Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any issues that may arise.

  • Perform various administrative tasks, including answering and directing incoming calls, responding to emails, and managing guest correspondence. Maintain accurate guest records, update databases, and assist with generating reports as needed.

  • Address guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Collaborate with other hotel departments to resolve guest concerns and escalate complex matters when necessary.

  • Work closely with the front desk team, housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

  • Support colleagues during peak periods or special events, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.

  • Previous experience in a hotel receptionist or front desk role is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant computer systems.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
